Thinking more broadly it seems like a "welcomes" tag would be useful, with 
values like walkers, dogs, cyclists, and horse-riders (I can think of a couple 
of Cotswolds pubs with hitching posts).

Going further I wonder if we could allow hours for those same users - I'm 
thinking of places that have 24 hour drive-through (and advertise 24 hour 
opening) but won't serve anyone without 4 wheels and an engine after a certain 
time. Though perhaps that's a separate issue ąs walk-in customers aren't the 
same as walkers.
