We're overdue to host a mapping party in the DC area. We'll organize one at a meetup to be held sometime in the next two weeks (likely coinciding with WhereCampDC, 10-11 June). So look for an event in WashDC before end of June...
I helped organize and conduct a very successful mapping party at North Carolina State University back in Feb.
