Depends on your needs, OpenBook is the best of the three but it has it's own
speach. FineReader is the best off the shelf OCR that works with WE.
OpenBook cost around $1000 and FineReader is about $130. Omni Page is about
$40 at Amazon but I don't think it is as accessible as FineReader.
