Hello,
When it comes to OCR programs, has anyone used Omni Page 18 or 19?
I once used Omni Page fairly successfully, but this was maybe 10 or
more years ago.

Hi friend,
The best in my opinion is the Abby fine reader v12, accessible and
cheaper than open book. Open book excellent option but too expensive.
