This is true for retail copies of Window-Eyes. But, a full 9.1 installer can be obtained from www.windoweyesforoffice.com. Assuming you have Office 2010 or 2013 installed, you could install 9.1 from scratch and run it. So, it would be helpful to know if the person owns a retail license our instead is using Window-Eyes for users of Microsoft Office.
