Well, lets think about this for a second.  When you use 9.1, what
operating system are you using?  I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, and apart
from a very few websites, internet explorer 11 works great. Remember
Firefox and Google Chrome are also supported so it might be worth trying
those other browsers to see what kind of results you get.  Also, if it's
a particular webpage that's giving you trouble, give us the address and
we'll see what happens.  That's why the list is here, to help if we can.
