Hello Tom, Josh, and Vaun.
Unfortunately, in order to get the best experience with Window-Eyes
possible, You need to shut down any auntie-virus or auntie-malware program
before installing Window-Eyes. Also try and see if you have any add-ons
enabled in IE. If not, disable any add-ons you have enabled. If the problem
persists, I would re-install Window-Eyes from scratch, but with the
aunti-virus and aunti-malware programs shut down, and see if that fixes it.
