Hello, Like many of you, I have been experiencing the annoying problem of sudden speech loss and WE crashing on a fairly regular basis with W7 and WE 9.2. Over the last few days, I have noticed one consistent action that seems to cause the problem. When I open a PDF document from a web page and start the process of recognizing the document-the dialog box with reading order, read full document etc., WE always crashes and has to be restarted with control-alt-w. I have not tried downloading PDFs before processing them enough to know whether the problem exists there as well. WE developers, PLEASE look into this issue. I’m sure I’m not the only one who is experiencing decreased work productivity/efficiency because of this.
