The only version of WindowEyes that will install on windows 10 is 9.2.
I would install on windows 7 and then upgrade and then you will need to
reinstall the WE 9.2 upgrade again because of a change in the driver
architecture.  Or remove WE altogether, upgrade to windows 10  ans
install 9.2 from your CD, which you will need.
