I doubt if any real case can be filed applying antitrust laws. The argument
in the courts would be that there NO REAL THREAT to competition and no one
is HURT by the acquisition. Remember sir, there was NO PUBLIC HEARING of
any kind before the acquisition was instituted. In any case, I'm not trying
to discourage you from trying!
