I did to one a couple of weeks ago and when he told me to get in fron of my computer, and he will help me find my I d info I told him I was ready and he said are you onyour desktop and I said yes and then he then said we will now find your computers I d for you and I told him I already know my computer I d and it is on a thumb drive in my band safty deposit box and he hung up on me
