Hi Kevin, Yes, I tried that, and, no go. I do have VMWare Workstation installed and I'm thinking it may have something to do with it since I do have a Windows 7 VM within which I had upgraded Window-Eyes along the way. To be honest, I'm also thinking that it may be a good thing that I cannot update to the current Windows 10, and, if I'm lucky, I'll keep this version until my PC dies. That way, I'll never have to worry about Window-Eyes not reading my screens, and I'll never need to go through the B.S. of an update, i.e., waiting for it to install, and at the wrong time. If it it ain't broke, and maybe now that it is, I won't fix it. (smile) Thanks also to David and Tom for there insights and suggestions as well.

Good Luck.
