Hi Brenda, Great to hear from you, and, as John said, I care too. Personally, I am using Window-Eyes on my Windows 7 machine too, and will not ever use Jaws. I just don't like that company. I recently bought a Mac and so have an alternative for surfing the web when Windows 7 becomes unsupported, which will be in 2020. Even then, though, since my Windows 7 runs in a virtual machine, I wil use it forever, with Window-Eyes. I also use a Bluetooth keyboard with my iPhone 7 and my iPod 6th generation, and these are as good as a tablet like the iPad. As for security and the ability to surf the web and do email, then, I think I'm covered. I am in the Apple world, and I can still use Windows, but what I'm saying is that I'm not restricted to Windows in order to keep up to date. I believe that not upgrading Window-Eyes was a major blunder in the blindness world. Hope this helps, and, again, great to hear from you.
