Altough I agree with the first two points, this one is not valid imho. The
amount of  "accurate historical data" will never be so big that it will have
a significant impact in the database. About recent history, if we delete
shops or buildings, I understood that such elements remain anyway in the db
with a flag 'deleted'. For the bandwidth and editors, it could be solved by
improving the API (and provide historical data only on special requests).
But when I say that it is something which has to be clarified/confirmed by
the foundation, is that wrong ?
