That sucks! I would have it looked at by a doctor. You might at the least need a tetanus shot, if you haven't had one for awhile. The guitar player in one of my bands ignored getting treatment to a nasty knife cut, and it later became a real problem that required surgery to correct. Seriously, get it checked out soon if you haven't already.
