This isn't what I used to experience.

The process for me would be that I am *reading* a message, (it doesn't
matter whether I'm reading the message from the preview window or a view
folder window), and while reading the message, new messages are filtered
to the folder. Now I don't know if it's one message that is required or
multiple messages. I don't know if it's the dynamic addition of messages
to threads that triggers the effect. Anyway, it would appear that one of
the newly arrived messages is selected as well.

Now, if I choose to reply to the message that I'm reading, two replies are
generated, both using the same headers. The headers being used isn't the
one to which I wish to reply, but the other message that was selected
(usually a new message that has arrived).

This problem cannot be reproduced by simply selecting two messages and
hitting reply. Appropriate replies, using correct headers will be
generated.

The other thing is that it doesn't happen every time new messages arrive.
There is some special criteria that must be met before it actually occurs.
I think it has to do with dynamic addition to threaded view and how deep
in the thread the new message is being added. But I could be wrong on
this.... :-(((

I've never seen this. The remaining message actually contains text you
inputted into it?? Usually it's just another reply generated at the time
the one you sent was generated. Of course, you don't initially note its
presence because both messages are perfectly superimposed on top of each
other and you don't expect two messages to be generated, but one.
