I've had viruses come in before of course, but I'm savvy enough to normally just hit delete, and of course I have real time protection running anyway. But this is the first time I've ever had my AV program prevent my mail client from deleting from the mail server. What was it about those two particular messages that caused this? Anyone? I've gone back to letting Symantec run real time. I can see the points raised against it, but this is the first time, ever, that it has done something like this. Based on that I'd guess it may be a long time before this ever happens again, and in any case I know how to handle it now.
