Obviously, if this problem resurfaces again and again, I'll make some kind of adjustment, either in the AV settings or in the choice of AV program. But the bottom lines are: 1) it's happened once, that's all, 2) the protection worked, and 3) no data was ever in any danger of being lost. Items 2 and 3 are the absolutely critical items IMO.
