Hello Kevin, > For most people, I would imagine, the terms "all" and "unread" would > be applied to messages, not folders.
They are and are called 'Folder Tabs' (i.e. see View/Folder Tabs or Specials/Next (Previous) Folder tab) and, as such, are 'views' of the Folder Tree. The Unread tab is therfore a folder tree view that just displays _folders_ which currently have Unread messages. Then, what you see when you select one of the displayed folder will also depend on the View Mode (if any) applied to (used by) that specific folder. Just as an example please take a look at attached PNG. My 'Faxes' folder is displayed in the Unread tab because it does have 1 unread message. However, the View Mode Filter for the Faxes folder is set to display only parked messages and the Unread message is therefore not displayed. What I'm trying to get at is what I said above. Folder tabs are just views of the _Folder_Tree_. -- Best regards, Miguel A. Urech (El Escorial - Spain) Using The Bat! v3.5.21 on Windows 2000 5.0 Service Pack 4
