I know about the hotkeys and _how_ they work. Was I talking about
hotkeys? Did I even mention hotkeys? No, I didn't. I was talking about
menus.

In the right-click/thread dialog, I see only....seven.... options. How
does adding two more, make it cluttered; when in fact that right-click
itself has no less than 24 options?

e.g.

right-click/thread/expand-all
right-click/thread/collapse-all

In interface and GUI design (u may or may not be aware of this) a
hotkey usually corresponds to a menu option as per Microsoft's specs
for accessibility and whatnot. If you'd like, I can dig up the correct
MSDN and/or technet specs for you.

So, making use of the hotkeys is one thing. Having corresponding menu
options is clearly another. Having one without the other is an
inconsistency - and that which my email served to point out.
