I only saw that I don't have any flexibility here... missed the part where you mentioned added flexibility. Yes, sounds good, actually. In the meantime, kindly let me use the PTV with Courier New again, I don't want to have to read this list (and all my other mails) in AngsanaUPC. Have you tried that font? If so, you'll understand what I mean. And I don't want to have to change the settings in my RTV either, because I do receive messages in Thai... I was just going to ask you what you mean by profile and how easy it is to switch. Right now, I toggle by right-clicking in the message and left-clicking on Use Plaintext, that's very quick and easy for me. Changing the viewer profile based on character set is dangerous. I receive messages in English language from people who use Thai encoding as default on their computers - I want to read these messages in Courier New. Other people will send message with that encoding in Thai, which I want to read in AngsanaUPC. Right now, the PTV with Courier New is set as the default, and I believe your viewer profiles will also have a default profile, in which I can set Courier New, with easy switching to AngsanaUPC. I don't have need for a third font anymore, but I used to receive mails with Chinese characters, usually addresses or company names in Chinese inmidst an otherwise English email. Summary: The viewers in 4.0.0.6 do exactly what I need. The situation in 4.0.0.12 is such that it renders TB! unusable for me. If you want to add flexibility, fine; but do not take the existing flexibility away in the meantime. I will watch the announcements of new betas (alphas) and will download again when I have a choice of switching/toggling again. -- Cheers, Thomas.
