The Bat! doesn't have an opportunity to specify the password for the
exchange account. You only specify the account name and it is assumed
that Windows have pre-authenticated this account already. If not,
MAPI DLLs will summon the password input window, which seems to be a
Windows Authentication window. Unfortunately, The Bat! has no control
over this behaviour.
