That's correct, but it doesn't. Your template is processed as reply
template,  see  the little pull down menu at the bottom of your screen
dump. So the swapped info is correct.

Confirmed.  That's why the %HDRhhh was replaced by the %Header(blabla)
macro. It's even documented, the help file comments for this macro:
"Note: The header part must not contain special characters!"
I  guess  you  can  debate  whether  - is a special character, but the
results show how the help file needs to interpreted.
