What is see: The %HDRDate should be %HDRcreateDate

What mse expected is a Date/Time where the Message arrived - but
again, this is political: When does the Mail arrive? see previous

So, everybody (until now) refers to the CreateDate:

At %CreateDate %FullName wrote in his E-Mail %MSGid something like:

"..."

or

It is %MyOwnDateTimeNow as i have time to reply to %OriginalFromName:

"..."

{Names of Headers are freely invented and therefor not valid !!! }
