Someone told me there is a appi like 'sendmail' and 'gpopper'. that
can do the job.

Let me explain: I'm in preparation for an Expedition to the Sahara.
I'm going to carry my own Notebook with Satellite Communication but
sometimes I'm connected to some locale lines. My thought was that when
I have my own eMail server (actually only for sending eMails) I could
avoid being blocked by local MTA (??) when encrypting my msg (it known
that Middle East and African Authorities are sometimes quit
restricting). If I could make the Internet belive I'm an MTA I may be
in an advantage position (just my thought as an lay man an stuff like
this) ;-) Could this work?

Have a nice day :-)
