The server is munching them, which may indicate that Thunderbird
isn't quite as 'right' as it needs to be. The server did intercept 2
of your 3 posts as having over-large attachments, but despite
approval, none of the attachments (nor the attachment of the
non-intercepted message) made it through the server.

I've not seen that happen before, which make me think the
Thunderbird has more problems than simply failing to show messages
that are MIME signed (not inline signed as you suggested). I will
submit this twice - one inline signed (this one) and one MIME signed
(next).
