What I meant is that when you do reply the message it is clear that
most probably you will not want to add anything to to, cc, bcc and
subject fields by hands, and cursor should be placed to the text edit
area. When you create a new message or forward it is not so clear.
Anyway, there should be another independent switch and not the change
of %cursor macro functionality.
