There exists one. Export your folder to the unix mailbox. Then 
delete the folder you just exported. Empty the trash. This _has_ 
to result in deleting the corresponding files from the Attach 
directory. Now set TB to "keep attachment with bodies". Import 
the previously saved folder from the unix mailbox. This should 
do the trick.

Warning: I haven't tested this myself. Backup the mailbox prior 
to proceeding!!! Once upon a time TB erratically deleted lots of 
still needed files upon compressing the folders, this bug might 
be still there waiting for you...
