    This is the problem.  Marketing for the wide audience in a market where
the wide audience is taken by *Free* applications and *free* web-based email
(and *free* applications that can integrate the *free* web-based email) means
they cannot get the market by looking like the rest of the crowd.  They have
to go for the niche markets.
