Well, if you use the mail dispatcher, when all the messages come up,
say after hitting Alt F2, you can just highlight any single message
and hit Ctrl H. This will bring up the full header which is at the
bottom of the dispatcher. You can put your mouse at the bottom to
expand it to see the entire header. I do not know if it will show
attachments at that point.
