It sounds now like you wish to be able to download mail to the
main account folders using your office account POP servers, depending on
where you are. Well, templates and macros will not help you in that
regard. You have to either manually edit the main account properties
each time or get an application called X-Ray that's designed for TB!.
It's freeware, very small, and installing it involves merely unzipping
the downloaded archive to a folder and running the executable. X-Ray
will act as a local mail server. You can set up both POP servers for
X-Ray to use. While you are switching between servers with X-Ray, your
main account downloads from both servers. The POP server entered in your
main TB! account would be simply 'localhost'.

Another option would be to switch to the office account, whose
servers you wish to download mail from, but create filters to move the
messages across to the main accounts folder when downloading your mail.
You could copy all the filters from the main account over to the other
second office account.

If you're interested, you may download X-Ray at:

http://xraysoft.cjb.net/

If you always wish to download all your mail to the main account
and wish to create the office account just to use the servers then,
forgetting X-Ray and copying over the Inbox filters from the main
account is all that's needed. If you don't filter all messages from your
inbox normally, then you'd need to create a non-specific filter rule at
the end of your filter set to move any other message which previous
filter rules didn't hook unto across to your main accounts inbox.
