The best way to do this is to set up one single Incoming Mail filter
in each additional account (that collects mail) which *redirect* all
mail to your main account. Then check the "Allow Local Delivery"
option in [Options/Network & Administration], which would
essentially "move" the "redirected" mail from the second account to
the main account, without sending out to smtp server and come back
in from POP/IMAP server again. The filters in the main account would
be applied. This way, you only have to maintain one set of filters
(which is in the main account).
