No, it isn't that. I have no problem downloading mail whether at my
office or at home. THe thing is that I have 3 accounts set up now on
TB! One account is my main account using "my" smtp server (this is
the account I use at home). I am filtering all mail to this account.
Second account is a secondary account I have with another e-mail
address that I use for public postings. Third account is the same as
my main account except it uses the "office" smtp server. Right now
when I tell TB to download mail from all acounts. It gets the
messages from my main account and then gets them again from the
 secondary "office smtp" account.

Right now I have TB set to leave mail on server (I am still trying it
out and could decide to go back to Eudora). Assuming I keep TB and
register it (likely) and I start getting mail and no longer leave it
on server and I then tell TB to check mail on all accounts will it
get some mail to my main e-mail address from the main account and
 some from the office account??

If so, maybe it doesn't matter. I know I can check mail on one
account at a time but want to click one button ideally that would
check mail on the main and secondary account but not on the office
 account.

BTW, is there a way to copy all of my filters from my main account to
the office account so I don't have to set them up again?
