OK, so you wish to avoid the office account from downloading the
mail again.

If you click the little down arrow just beside the check account
toolbar button, a drop down list will appear with a selection to check
all accounts. The keyboard shortcut is also indicated. Now, you can
exclude the office account from this all accounts by opening the office
account properties, going to the options section and enabling 'Ignore
'Check all Accounts' request'. This will prevent this accounts servers
from being checked when you invoke the check mail for all command.

Marck posted a solution to that recently but I can't remember.
It involves copying a file from the main accounts mail folder over to
the other accounts mail folder. I thought it was account.srx but I just
tried it and it doesn't seem to work.
