Hi TBUD Listers,
I'm upgrading from my old computer to a new one. Wanting to
start with a new registry, I have reinstalled my major
programs onto the new system, then, using an Iomega Zip
Drive, have transfered data from the old box to the new.
Everything but my attempts to move TB has gone well. I'm
using version 1.45 of TB and don't have a clean zipped
download anymore, only my expanded and installed working
program. I can move everything in TB, including all my
folders and filters, from the old machine to the new, but I
can't make TB run in anything but its original prsistine
congfiguration, in which it informs me that this is a trial
version (I'm a registered paid-up user), and which won't
read -- or can't find -- any of my folders.
I'm going a little nutty. This is the single stumbling
block left to me making the final transition to my new
system. (Since TB is my e-mail client, and has all my many
saved messages and filters in it, I am at the moment forced
to use the old box -- at least if I want to get my e-mail in
all its filtered, filed, and auto-responding glory.)
How do I do this, friends?
