I believe this key has been abandoned, as indicated in Maxim's
release note for 1.46 beta/6

The change didn't make it into the release note for the official
release of 1.46, but I believe it's just a documentation oversight
(or they probably thought it's too minor to put in there). On my
system, the key no longer exists (I deleted it myself), and TB works
fine.
