Create a new batch file (see my other reply)
Add this to it (you can leave the REM lines they are only for
explanation):

start /wait c:\programs\tb!\thebat.exe
REM for Win9x exchange "/wait" with "/w"
REM BACKUP
regedit /e c:\programs\tb!accounts\UserRegSetting.reg "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT"
c:\programs\PowerArchiver\POWERARC.EXE -a -s -u c:\Backup\BatBackup
c:\programs\tb!accounts\*.*
Save as TB!START.bat
Create a shortcut on your desktop pointing to this file. Open the
shortcut and replace the path of the target (destination) of the
shortcut with:
c:\programs\HideWindow\hidewndw.exe /r C:\Temp\TB!START.bat
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Insert your path to HideWindow here
Replace icon if needed. Click "OK"
See? This will open TB!, but you won't see the MS-DOS Window of the
batch file. After closing TB! your Zip-Utility come up and store your
Mailbases and settings to c:\Backup\BatBackup
This way it's much better!
