Yes, I tend to agree with you about the lack of documentation. However,
if you are the SysAdmin for your Company, would it not be possible to
set up TB! on the Workstations already pre-configured in some fashion.
Out of the box, TB! is relatively easy to use, and once they become more
accustomed to it, you could perhaps increase the permissions level
allowing them access to more of TB!'s features.
