Usin "a unix way", ask your network administrator if it is MS
Proxy installed in you network. If so, you have to install and
configure MS Windows Socket Proxy Client. It's simple, just
install it and put the name of the server into a corresponding
edit box (something like //servername). Reboot. I believe your
admin should help. If MS Proxy 2.x is installed then no normal
routing is possible till you install such a client. After that,
TB! and other "normal" I-net apps should work normally.

Another thing, if you use a laptop and use dial-up
out-of-the-office, you have to deactivate MS WSP while not in
your LAN.

Best regards,
 Serge Skorokhodov mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
