Hello Olga Matskovsky,

OM> Thank you Serge!
OM> It is http proxy.
OM> When I use internet (open microsoft internet explorer) I get
OM> "authentication" window to insert name and password of proxy user.

Olga, IMHO Serge Skorokhodov suggestions is correct in your case.
The windows that comes up when you open IE is Sock (proxy) Client.

OM> In The Bat I didn't found any place to insert this name and
OM> password.

Try to reinstall your Proxy (sock) client so that the proxy client
will recognize your TB.

OM> Therefore, The Bat can't connect to internet (to my email server).

After proxy client recognize TB, the small windows that ask user name
and password will comes up when you click Check Mail on TB.

Other alternative, check out your Control Panel, find icon mentioned
about Proxy Client (or something like that), change the setting to
recognize your TB (you also may test by setting on TB : pop and smtp
server = 127.0.0.1, see what happen then).
