It won't work. for the AB-level reply template to be activated, he
needs to reply to a message and have the recipient as per AB entry in
the reply. However, he will have the tech support address in the
reply's TO field, so the AB-level template for the employee wouldn't
kick in.
If it did, he wouldn't have this problem, because then the employee
would already in the TO field. ;-)
