You determine the parked status. You can either click on the little dot in
the parked column to enable parked status, or right click on the message
in the message list and in the pop-up menu go to specials -> park, or just
hit CTRL+J.
You may wish to park a very important message that you don't wish to be
deleted or moved by anyone, including yourself. :-)
