I don't know Naturally Speaking, but Jaws works nicely with TB. Other
people use Blindows (if you're into Braille) with TB, also no
problems. We are not talking about just reading here, but also about
navigating and operating a software product, right?

Well, some problems with TB still exist, which we are discussing with
Rit at the moment.
