No, I don't want to start another tedious debate... only trying to make a
point on behalf of all the new Users that have recently come on board. To
them, surely this numbering system and lack of definition on the part of
RITLabs is confusing to them... it certainly is to me.

But therein lies the problem: No one 'knows' exactly 'what' the fixes are!
There is no ReadMe File included... Users are at a loss to explain the
appearance of a new version on the Beta Site. Should we or shouldn't we
download it? 

I suppose the problem is that it is left to each individual User to
interpret for themselves what is a valid release and what isn't. IMHO that
responsibility lies with RITLabs and this whole discussion would be mute
if they would simply follow any number of good recommendations from
numerous List Members... such as adding a simple ReadMe File to each and
every download they put up.

Don't you find that the least bit frustrating? I sure do... and I can't
imagine how a new User feels when trying to make sense out of all this.
