Should we or shouldn't we download it? I suppose the problem is that it is left to each individual User to interpret for themselves what is a valid release and what isn't. IMHO that responsibility lies with RITLabs and this whole discussion would be mute if they would simply follow any number of good recommendations from numerous List Members... such as adding a simple ReadMe File to each and every download they put up.
