First of all one tends to quote whole messages if the quoting is below what one writes (you are guilty here). Second, the form <quote> <answer> <quote> <answer> helps a lot for clarity as question/claim and answer/re-claim follow as in a normal conversation. As much as I respect and like your comments - extremely helpful, even when we don't agree - I dislike your e-mail's form.
