Sorry, but IMNSHO this format is *never* appropriate, legible or even
slightly acceptable. It is an inferior method of communication and
dialog that has been made popular only because it's "the way MS made
us do it with OE and LookOut".

Any attempt at justification of that method is (again, my opinion)
meaningless because it is just plain *wrong* :-(((.
