Firstly, I'm a newbie with The Bat! and found the initial learning curve daunting, but having subscribed to this forum have learnt more in past 3 days (since subscription) than in the 2 months I've used The Bat! I now feel like a boy in a bloody big toy shop and am really looking forward to using the program to its full potential. Keep up the good work!! It certainly kept me perservering with the program. My question. Has anyone been able to use The Bat as mailer with Netscape 7.0? I followed instructions on FAQ page and downloaded NSProto, but I can't get the change to register. All I get is an error message "Create Dispatch Failed". As there is no help file, I haven't a clue what this means. Anyone got any ideas? Second question, what is the precedence of templates? If I use F4 to reply to a message I get one template, if I use Ctrl-F4 I get another.
