It in no way affects your privacy - the fact that message to you was
delivered into your mailbox has the same relation to your privacy as
the fact that the message was intended to be delivered there.
Normally, the receipt sent right after the message reaches the
destination mailbox, not when the recipient picks it up from the
server. If you think your privacy is seriously disturbed when somebody
sends you a message, you'd better quit using e-mail ;-)
