Hello, I back up the important files on my system via the web daily. My TB files are taking longer and longer to back up because I get so many emails a day. Right now for example one of my inbox folders has over 2,000 pieces of mail.
Is there a way to archive these old emails in a for mat that would still be simple for me to search for and retrieve specific emails later? Much appreciated.
