That suits me fine, as most of my correspondents can't handle PGP/MIME. Of course, your requirements may be different. Your messages arrive in my mailbox in two parts: one which contains the PGP/MIME signed part, and a text attachment that contains the footer of your message. Not a very elegant way to display the message.
